​1.Japanese quality products - Vietnamese costs

Japanese quality medical masks have been one of Vina Mask's key production products since its establishment. With more than 5 years of experience operating a mask factory according to Japanese standards in Vietnam, our processes are strictly controlled and we always update technology according to the latest standards.

  To create masks with the slogan "Millions as one", we equip the factory with equipment systems that meet Japanese standards and strictly implement a closed process.

About facilities:

In each production area, we design a one-way path with 12 insect vacuums. Each suction machine will be checked periodically every day by the technical department to ensure the cleanliness of the machine and production area. Test parameters are always updated according to correct procedures.

Before going to the main production area, all employees must go through the steam room to ensure there are no insects or dust. All are operated automatically.

About materials:

We always check 100% of the input materials for quantity, quality and smell of the materials.

After the first inspection, the raw materials will be removed from the outer plastic packaging and moved to a drying room for at least 24 hours before processing the finished product. Here, when checking for the second time, the materials are guaranteed to no longer have the smell of plastic fabric.

Before proceeding to produce finished products, we check 100% of raw materials again.

For production staff:

Employees entering the production area are required to wear protective gear that covers their entire body.

The hand washing process must follow the correct steps and be monitored by an hourly report.

Clothing is inspected and complies with regulations for medical products. Personal working tools are marked and checked by the head of production management at the end of the shift.

About the product:

After being completed, the products go through two metal scans to ensure the product does not have any foreign objects.
